Head of Monas Management Unit (UP), Rini Hariyani, admitted that her party is overwhelmed in handling the invasion of street vendors who go deep into Monas Cup by jumping off the fence.
“They are illegal street vendors. No one authorized them to sell inside Monas area. They have no brains, recklessly jumping into the site just to sell inside without caring for Monas’ beauty. We’ve urged them since long ago not to sell here, but they ignored it. They are fiercer when my men prohibited them to sell inside and even threatened back,” she uttered, Wednesday (7/30).
